Intel purchased our first piece of property on a 26-acre pear orchard in Santa Clara, California in 1970. Santa Clara is home to Intel’s headquarters and the flagship for Intel’s Museum. Today, more than 9,000 employees across California design, develop, and support semiconductor products that help to secure, power and connect billions of devices and the infrastructure of the smart, connected world-from the cloud to the network to the edge and everything in between. These innovations are key to making the world safer, help builds healthy and vibrant communities and increases productivity.
